Do you have a question about street cleaning, snow clearing, garbage collection, water, sewer, roads, trees, pests, weeds or sidewalks?

To contact Public Works with an after hours emergency please call the City's Fire hall dispatch number at 780-458-2020 to speak with an operator.

Are you contacting us about roadways, traffic signals or signage?
Contact Engineering Services.

Are you contacting us about street lights?
Contact Fortis Alberta Streetlight Repair.

Do you have a question about permits, inspections or information about your lot?
Contact Planning and Development.

Do you have a question related to unsightly properties, animal control concerns or parking enforcement?
Contact Municipal Enforcement.

Policing-related inquiries should be forwarded through the RCMP’s national website. Please be advised that the RCMP does not accept reports of crime through these forms. Contact the local detachment at 780-458-7700 for policing inquiries or to report criminal activity. Call 911 or in the event of an emergency.
