A priority of Council is to review and enhance the City’s public engagement and consultation practices. The purpose of a Council Town Hall meeting is to provide St. Albert residents an unstructured opportunity to meet Council members to discuss any topic of interest to them; or to hold Town Hall sessions on specific topics with residents. Click here for the Terms of Reference. The Terms of Reference for the Town Hall Meetings will be eliminated effective July 1, 2013.
