Edmonton LRT Delays – St. Albert Transit (StAT) is anticipating travel delays for its riders due to Edmonton Light Rail Transit (LRT) opening its Metro line to NAIT on Sunday, September 6. It is possible riders will experience delays of up to 16 minutes, based on information recently announced to Edmonton City Council. These delays will impact Commuter Routes 201, 202, 209, and 211. Given the expected delays, passengers of StAT and residents travelling into Edmonton through other means are encouraged to leave earlier to account for increased travel time. Riders will be informed in upcoming weeks of any permanent route or schedule changes.
ITU World Triathlon Detour - Due to the ITU World Triathlon taking place on Saturday, September 5, 2015, Route 203 will terminate at Westmount Transit Station and will not travel to the University of Alberta. For patrons requiring travel to the University, please use one of the following options:
Route 203 to Westmount, transfer to ETS Route 128 to the University
Route 201 to Central LRT Station, transfer to LRT to the University
Tour of Alberta Detour - Due to the Tour of Alberta taking place on Monday, September 7, 2015, Route 201 will be operating on a detour route. Route 201 will travel westbound on Jasper Avenue to 109 Street and northbound on 109 Street to Kingsway Avenue. Temporary stops have been established for the duration of this detour. Please see the detour map to view affected and alternate bus stops.
Jasper Avenue Bus Stop Closure - Due to construction on Jasper Avenue, the 202 bus will be unable to service bus stop # 1336 located on Jasper Avenue at 101 Street. For the duration of this construction, St. Albert Transit will utilize bus stop #1457 located on 100 Street, at the Westin Hotel.

St. Albert Farmers' Market Park & Ride - St. Albert Transit is pleased to provide a FREE park & ride service from the St. Albert Centre Exchange to the St. Albert Farmers' Market. The shuttle runs in a continuous loop beginning at 9:45 a.m. until 3:15 p.m.
