Utilities Master Plan

The Utilities Master Plan outlines the existing system improvements and recommends a future system serving strategy for each utility infrastructure system - water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater management systems.

The Utility Master Plan supports and complements the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and provides the foundation for subsequent engineering design briefs required of developers in support of their Area Structure Plans (ASP).
