directed the use of Smart Growth principles to guide future growth and
development.
The City is taking a leadership role in the
province by proposing an innovative approach to implementing Smart
Growth, ensuring St. Albert continues to be a city of choice in the
region. Smart Growth is an exciting and innovative project that will
shape the future of St. Albert.
Smart Growth will apply to the lands St. Albert annexed in February 2007.
