St. Albert residents interested in home energy efficiency upgrades can take advantage of the following programs:
- Clean Energy Improvement Program
The City of St. Albert’s Clean Energy Improvement Program is currently accepting applications for year 3.- Pre-qualification submissions will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more

- Canada Greener Homes Loan
- Residents can also look into the Canada Greener Homes Loan that the Government of Canada offers. This federal program is currently available and provides interest-free financing for private homeowners to complete energy efficiency upgrades in their homes.
- Please be advised that the program will be closing, and all applications must be submitted by October 1, 2025.
