Home Energy Efficiency Programs

St. Albert residents interested in home energy efficiency upgrades can take advantage of the following programs:

  • Clean Energy Improvement Program
    • Please note: The City of St. Albert’s Clean Energy Improvement Program is currently at capacity and has closed pre-qualification submissions as of October 1. 2026.
    • Pre-qualification submissions that are currently on the waitlist will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, as space becomes available. Learn more
  • Canada Greener Homes Loan
    • Please note: This program is now closed. All applications were required to be submitted by October 1, 2025, and new applications are no longer being accepted.
