Arbor Day
Please note registration for the in-person Arbor Day event in 2025 is now full.
Hello Grade One teachers and parents! Welcome to the City of St. Albert's Arbor Day celebration! We are excited to bring you the same Arbor Day appreciation, just in a different format.
Our Mission
Our mission is that you take what you learn here today and do something positive for the environment. From planting your white spruce tree (St. Albert’s official coniferous tree), picking up litter as you play in your local park or reducing or recycling the paper you use, these actions have a positive impact on our forests and everything that lives inside them.
Teachers Guide
The Teachers Guide includes: teacher resources, history of Arbor Day, virtual activities, art, colouring, decorating, a scavenger hunt and charades and links to French storytime resources.
