Natural Areas / Neighbourhood Clean Ups

April through October

Did you know that the white spruce is St. Albert's official coniferous tree?  Why not pick a local forest to ‘spruce up’ this summer? We will supply you with garbage bags and gloves and will pick up the full garbage bags afterwards. Use the event as a team-building activity for your school or club.

If you are a group of neighbours, help build a safe and caring neighbourhood and pair it up with a block party or as an event after. Natural areas or neighbourhood clean-ups are a great way to keep in touch with neighbours after the block party has happened. Why not schedule a neighbourhood clean-up to get out and socialize with neighbours?

Thank you to the following neighbourhoods who organized their own community clean up:

  • Coal Mine Park Community Clean Up - Saturday, June 9
  • North Ridge Neighbourhood Clean Up - Saturday, May 26

How to Register

We’re making registration easier than ever!

This event is part of the Spruce Up St. Albert presented by TD initiative which helps to clean-up and beautify our city.
