Natural Areas / Neighbourhood Clean Ups

Year Round

Did you know that the white spruce is St. Albert's official coniferous tree?  Why not pick a local forest to ‘spruce up’ this winter or spring? We will supply you with garbage bags and gloves and will pick up the full garbage bags afterwards. Use the event as a team-building activity for your group or club.

If you are a group of neighbours, help build a safe and caring neighbourhood and pair it up with a block party or as an event after. Natural areas or neighbourhood clean-ups are a great way to keep in touch with neighbours after the block party has happened. Why not schedule a neighbourhood clean-up to get out and socialize with neighbours?

Thank you to the following neighbourhoods who organized their own community clean up:

  • Coal Mine Park Community Clean Up - Saturday, June 9, 2018
  • North Ridge Neighbourhood Clean Up - Saturday, May 26, 2018

How to Register

We’re making registration easier than ever!

This event is part of the Spruce Up St. Albert presented by TD initiative which helps to clean-up and beautify our city.
