Beaudry Place

  • Beaudry Place will reopen to the public on Monday, July 5, 2021. 
  • Front counter services are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  
  • Clients will have the option of in-person and/or virtual counselling and support and will be on a case-by-case basis.

Compost Depot

Fire Hall No. 3

  • Fire Hall 3 will reopen to the public on Monday, July 5, 2021. 
  • Front counter services are available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 pm.).  
  • Fire Hall No. 3 will continue to offer services to the public over the phone and online, and for equipment and supply drop-off.  
    • All other St. Albert Fire Halls remain closed to the public.
  • All fire permit requests must be completed online at stalbert.ca/city/approvals/fires.

Fountain Park Recreation Centre

  • Fountain Park Recreation Centre re-opened to the public by reservation/booking only on June 14, 2021.  
  • In-person front counter services are available daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.  
  • You can also reserve/register for available activities by visiting activity.stalbert.ca or calling Fountain Park at 780-459-1553. Email is also available at fprc@stalbert.ca.

Grosvenor Outdoor Pool

  • Is open, by reservation only.
    • Monday to Friday 11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m., weekends and holidays 10 a.m.- 9 p.m.

Jack Kraft Facility

  • Jack Kraft will reopen to the public on Monday, July 5, 2021.  
  • Front counter services are available Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
  • Jack Kraft front counter services will be open for public needs such as inquiries, contractor services and access to City Property permits. 

Liggett Place

  • Liggett Place will reopen to the public on Monday, July 5, 2021 for Transit and Cemetery Services. 
  • Cemetery Services are available by appointment at 780-459-1500. 
  • Transit Services will resume with regular services offerings. 
    • Front counter services are available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
    • Services available include; transit pass and ticket purchases, and transit related lost and found needs.

Maloney Place (RCMP/Municipal Enforcement Services)

  • Maloney Place is open to the public with limited services.. 
  • Restrictions on entering the RCMP detachment and Municipal Enforcement Services area remain in place. 
    • Appointments will be accepted for regular Criminal Record Check and Fingerprint services. 
    • Motor Vehicle Collision reports will continue to be handled through phone and email.  
    • Where possible other service requests will continue to be encouraged and handle by way of phone and email. 
  • Front counter services are available:  
    • Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.   
    • Saturday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Sunday/Statutory Holidays – Closed 
  • Where possible, it is encouraged that residents access services by way of phone and online.

Mike Mitchell Recycling Depot

  • The Mike Mitchell Recycling Depot is open to St. Albert residents. City staff are not permitted to help residents unload or handle any materials brought to the depot.

RV/Trailer Dump Sites

  • Water services to the City operated trailer dump sites are open for the season starting in May and closing in October after Thanksgiving. This is dependent on weather and temperature. You may still dump at these stations before and after this time frame but there will be no water.

Servus Credit Union Place

  • Servus Credit Union Place re-opened to the public on June 14, 2021.  
  • In-person front counter services are available from Monday to Friday 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., weekends and holidays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
  • You can also reserve/register for available activities by visiting activity.stalbert.ca or calling Servus Place at 780-418-6088. Email is also available at spquestions@stalbert.ca

St. Albert Business Centre

  • St. Albert Business Centre will reopen to the public on September 7, 2021. 
  • Front counters services will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
  • St. Albert Business Centre front counter services will be open to assist the public with business needs such as finding a business location, starting a business in St. Albert, addressing business concerns, etc.   
  • Business Licensing 
    • Front-counter service will no longer be provided for business licensing (i.e., in-person licence applications). Business licensing will be conducted completely online through the City’s "MyCity" service.  
    • Should someone not have a credit card, or wish to pay their licence fee in cash, payments will still be accepted at St. Albert Place main front counter. However, the application or renewal would still be completed online.  
    • Business Licensing staff will be available to support businesses and licensees at either 780-459-1618 or licensing@stalbert.ca.  Additional information on business licensing is available to the public at the Business Licensing section of the City’s website.  
  • Visit https://stalbert.ca/dev/business/ to access business intelligence tools, find out how to apply and renew your business license online, and connect with our Economic Development team.  

St. Albert Place

  • St. Albert Place main floor customer service is now open (as of June 28). 
    • Services include: Taxation and Utilities and Business Licence Fee Payment (note: applications should still be created for licensing/renewals online).
  • All other front counter services at St. Albert Place will open on Monday, July 5, 2021. 
    • Services include: Engineering Services and Planning & Development. 
  • Front counter services are available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed for holidays.

Utility and Tax Payments 

  • Utility and tax payments may be made via online banking.   
  • Residents will still be able to drop off their utility and tax payments using the secure drop box beside the front entry doors of St. Albert Place. Please do not leave cash in the drop box. We ask that these payments are made via cheque, made out to The City of St. Albert.  

Business Licensing 

  • To apply for a business license, visit the Business Licensing page.  
  • All business renewals can also be completed online using St. Albert MyCity.  
  • Business licensing can be contacted by phone (780-459-1618) or email (licensing@stalbert.ca). 

Garbage Bag Tags

As of June 28, Extra Bag Tags can be purchased at St. Albert Place main floor customer service, Servus Place and Fountain Park Recreation Centre. Extra garbage can be disposed of at the Mike Mitchell Recycling Depot. For more information, visit stalbert.ca/waste.  

Transit Passes
