RCMP Front Counter Services

Maloney Place is open to the public with limited services.  Front counter services are available:

  • Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 
  • Saturday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
  • Sunday/Statutory Holidays – Closed
    • Where possible, it is encouraged that residents access services by way of phone and online.

Alarm Permits and False Alarm Response Fees Payment

Collision and Crime/Disorder Reporting

  • Collision and crime/disorder reports are accepted over the phone by calling the 24 our complaint line at 780-458-7700.

Criminal Record, Police Information Requests and Finger Print Services

  • Applications are accepted, by appointment, in-person at Maloney Place during the regular business hours. To book an appointment call 780-458-4315.
  • Basic Criminal Record Check is processed in two business days (unless extenuating circumstances exists, or delay is caused by outside policing agencies). 
  • Appointments for fingerprinting are required. Results are available immediately upon completion of fingerprints (unless extenuating circumstances exist or delay in Federal government software/network link). Other Police Information requests processing vary depending on complexity of request and information requiring review and processing.

Dog Licensing Purchasing and Renewals

In-Person:

  • Payments can be made in person, by appointment, at Maloney Place during the regular business hours. To bok an appointment call 780-459-4315.
  • In-person payment also available at St. Albert Place 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and holidays. 

Online:

  • Owners can register their dogs and pay for license online through St. Albert’s MyCity service. Launch MyCity

Found Dog Intake and Claiming

  • Drop-off and pickup are accepted in person at Maloney Place during the regular business hours.

Parking Ticket Payments and Processing

  • Payments can be made in person at Maloney Place during the regular business hours.
  • Online payment services available at Online Services.

Police Information Checks

The St. Albert RCMP offers Police Information Checks for applicants seeking to volunteer or attain employment with agencies that require a Criminal Record Check and/or a Vulnerable Sector Check.
