How to Report Your Collision
If you are involved in a collision within St. Albert, there are a number of ways to report it:
- Online by completing one of the Online Collision Reports
- In person at the RCMP Detachment - 96 Bellerose Drive
- Over the phone by calling 780-458-7700
Note: Collisions that occur within Edmonton must be reported to an Edmonton Police Service's Collision Reporting Centre
Report Your Collision Online
To report your collision online, please follow the directions based on the device you are using.
Note for desktop computers: To view/submit the form, you will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free.
Desktop Computer
- Download the form directly onto your computer and save it in a location you’ll remember.
- Open the PDF from where you saved it on your computer (e.g. downloads, desktop, etc.).
- Fill out all areas of the form.
- Click the submit button or manually attach/email your completed form to: KStAlbertCollisions@rcmp-grc.gc.ca
Note: This form has many required fields on the first page. If you do not fill out the required fields, the submit button will NOT work.
Mobile Device
- Download the form directly onto your mobile device and save it in a location you’ll remember.
- Open the PDF from where you saved it on your mobile device (e.g. downloads, files, etc.).
- Fill out all areas of the form and save it.
- Email the completed form to KStAlbertCollisions@rcmp-grc.gc.ca
