Coalition of Inclusive Municipalities

The Coalition of Inclusive Municipalities (formerly known as the Canadian Coalition of Municipalities Against Racism and Discrimination) is a flagship network of like-minded municipalities that have joined together to implement policies, programs and measure to promote diversity and inclusion.

St. Albert is proud to have been one of the first 30 municipalities to join this Coalition, back in 2008. In appreciating and respecting all of its members, an inclusive municipality builds a barrier-free society in which everyone benefits from its economic, political, social, cultural, and recreational life, and has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

St. Albert is committed to continuing to foster a welcoming and inclusive community and strives to exemplify this work in all we do.
