Land Use Districting Map

Device support

While the City's Land Use Bylaw Map PDF is not a huge file (at roughly 5 MB), its display requires the drawing and redrawing of a tremendous number of lines and shapes which may bog down the performance of your device's video card or chip, even when using a desktop computer. As such, we recommend that you download the file before opening it in Acrobat, and advise against viewing the file on mobile devices.

The City of St. Albert currently employs 29 Land Use Districts (zones) to classify development. The City’s Land Use Bylaw contains the rules and regulations to develop land within each of these districts.
