To better serve St. Albert residents, calls to the City’s Public Works department are now directed to voicemail. You will be asked to leave the address or location of the concern, a brief description of the issue, and your name and phone number. A service request will be created and reviewed for action.

Through our three branches: Asset Management, Operations and Utilities, the Public Works department works hard to ensure excellent levels of service are delivered efficiently and effectively to our residents year-round.
