All Aboard Pass
Helping make transit accessible
St. Albert Transit offers free local transit passes and lower-cost commuter transit passes to eligible recipients living in St. Albert (AISH program, lower income households).
The All Aboard Passes are not valid on St. Albert Handibus service. Their purpose is to encourage individuals with limited means to use the regular transit system.
What is the cost?
The All Aboard local transit pass is free for eligible recipients. The All Aboard Commuter pass can be purchased by eligible recipients for approximately 35% of the cost of an Adult Commuter pass. For 2020, the All Aboard Commuter Pass will cost $40.60 per month.
How can I get a pass?
All Aboard passes are sold only through Community Services from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Payments can be made by cash, debit or credit card. Arrangements can be made to pay over the phone with a credit card after ID has been verified yearly. Passes will then be mailed out.
You may be asked to show your current Health Benefit card, or another form of documentation, to prove that you a resident of St. Albert and eligible for the program.
Monthly passes will be available at Community Services by the 15th of each month. For example, September passes will be available for purchase beginning on August 15th.
Neither the City of St. Albert or St. Albert Transit is responsible for lost or stolen passes, or provide replacements. You can purchase additional passes at the regular rate.
