Navigating St. Albert Neighbourhoods

Downtown St. Albert, St. Albert Trail and Sturgeon Hospital

  • Route A14 operates from the Village Transit Station (VTS) during all time periods, serving Downtown St. Albert and St. Albert Centre Exchange (SACE).
  • Most trips then continue north to serve St. Albert North, the Sturgeon Hospital and Costco. Please check the A14 schedule for your specific trip.
  • Downtown St. Albert is also served during the mid-day period by Route A11 and Route 202, and during peak periods by Route A21.

Forest Lawn, Akinsdale, Sturgeon, Pineview and Campbell

  • Local service in Forest Lawn, Akinsdale, Pineview and Campbell is provided during peak hours by Routes A10, A12 and A13, with connections at the Village Transit Station (VTS).
  • During the mid-day period and early evening, service is provided by Routes A9 and A11. Both of these routes connect with other Local Routes or Commuter Routes and both VTS and SACE.

Heritage, Grandin and Riel

  • Local service in Heritage Lakes, Grandin and Riel is provided by A1, A2, A3 and A21.
  • During weekday peak hours Routes A2, A3 and A21 operate from the Village Transit Station (VTS), where patrons can transfer to other Local Routes or Commuter Routes.
  • Route A3 serves the Grandin neighbourhood, Route A2 primarily serves Heritage Lakes, with service to Riel Business Park provided by Route A21.
  • During the mid-day and afternoon periods, Route A1 operates between VTS and St. Albert Centre Exchange.
  • Grandin Road is also served by Route A14 and during the mid-day period by Route 202.

Kingswood, Woodlands and Braeside

  • Local Route A9 provides service in Sturgeon, Forest Lawn, Kingswood, Woodlands and Braeside, to and from the St. Albert Centre Exchange (SACE).
  • During the mid-day period, these areas are served by Routes A9 and A11, which both run between SACE and the Village Transit Station.

Lacombe and Mission

  • Lacombe and Mission are primarily served by Routes A4 and A5.
  • In the morning, some Route A5 trips will continue to Edmonton as a Route 201. At St. Albert Centre Exchange (SACE) there are also connections to other Local Routes and Commuter Routes.
  • Route A1, which runs between SACE and the Village Transit Station, also serves the Mission area.
     

North Ridge / Deer Ridge

  • North Ridge and Deer Ridge areas are served by Routes A4, A5 and A6.
  • In the morning, Route A6 originates on Versailles Avenue, serves North Ridge, and Deer Ridge and connects to other Local Routes and Commuter Routes at the St. Albert Centre Exchange (SACE).
  • Route A5 is also available to SACE in the morning peak.
  • In the mid-day period, Routes A4, A5 and A6 serve Deer Ridge.

Oakmont and Erin Ridge

  • Oakmont and Erin Ridge are served by Route A7 in the morning and Route A8 in the afternoon.
  • Connections to other Local Routes and Commuter routes are made at the St. Albert Centre Exchange (SACE).
