Trip bookings for West Edmonton can be booked up to three days in advance (including weekends) at the following times:

If you are calling to book a trip for the following day, you must call and book before noon.

Please Note: All Handibus bookings are made on a first come, first served basis, based on availability. Alternative times will be offered if staff cannot accommodate the time requested. Registration ID is required when booking a trip.

Same-Day Trip Bookings

St. Albert Handibus is now able to accommodate same-day trips into West Edmonton; however, they are subject to availability. There is no guarantee that a same-day trip request can be accommodated.
