Route 201 Bus Stop Closure - Stop #1989

Please be advised that bus stop #1989, located on 104 Avenue at Grant MacEwan University, is closed until October 31, 2024. Please board Route 201 at bus stop #1702, located on 109 Street.

Route A4 & A5 Detour - Sept. 30 to Oct. 10

Please be advised that due to road paving, Routes A4 & A5 will operate on a detour route from September 30 to October 10, 2024. Routes A4 & A5 will be unable to access Deerbourne Drive and Dunbar Street and will travel on Giroux Road to Deer Ridge Drive. During this detour, please board Route A4 at bus stop #0391, located on Giroux Road at Lexington Drive, and board Route A5 at bus stop #0673, located on Giroux Road at Dunbar Street.

Severe Weather Detours

During instances of severe weather, St. Albert Transit buses cannot always safely access all bus stops in all neighbourhoods. Severe weather detours are initiated to reduce the chances of buses operating on unsafe or unstable roadways.

During incidents of severe snowfall or freezing rain, buses may not serve stops identified with Snow Detour signage. When severe weather detours are declared by St. Albert Transit, customers are requested to board at locations identified by Temporary Severe Weather Bus Stop signage.
