Environmental Initiatives Grant Program
The Environmental Initiatives Grant Program (EIGP) is a fun and easy way to encourage sustainability projects that align with the City of St. Albert’s Environmental Master Plan. Since the grant program was launched in 2007, 122 community projects have received funding! To find out if you are eligible and to apply, visit the program requirements webpage.
Grant requests can be made in any denomination up to $5,000. Funding requests for greater this amount will require additional review and approval by Council. To find out if you are eligible and to apply, visit the program requirements webpage.
The City and grant review team members hosted eight schools and community groups at the Information Session on Wednesday, August 28 at City Hall. Attendees learned more about the grant program, received help to refine project ideas and connected with project partners.
If you missed the Information Session, you can still apply for a grant! Simply call 780-459-1735 or email email@example.com to discuss your project.
