Final Report Information

Once a project has been selected for funding, a report showing all sources of funding and all costs of the project (including copies of receipts) must be submitted to Environment no later than 60 days after project completion. For more information on reporting requirements and an easy-to-follow format, please refer to the written report form or contact the Environment at 780-459-1735 or environment@stalbert.ca.

Reporting Tips

  • Successful applicants are required to take a minimum of six photos according to the Guidelines for Submitting Photos that capture the progression and final stages of your project. So keep your camera handy and fill out the photo release forms!
  • Keep in mind some of the outcomes you are looking for in order to measure the success of your project. Take note of any lessons learned. All this information will help you fill out the final report at the end of your project. 
  • File and track all the receipts and expenses related to your project. You will also need this information to fill out the final report.
