Utility Relief Program

Subsidy applications are accepted on a continual basis.

The City of St. Albert, in collaboration with the St. Albert Food Bank and Community Village, is pleased to offer residents the opportunity to apply for a Utility Relief Subsidy. The City of St. Albert funds the program, and the St. Albert Community Village administers it on behalf of the City.

The Utility Relief Program is a one-time subsidy, credited directly to your utility account or deposited directly to your bank account. The amount of the subsidy depends on your household type and does not affect those on income support.

Note: 2026 Applications must be received no later than December 1, 2026.

Visit the St. Albert Food Bank and Community Village for more information, including subsidy criteria and the application process.
