Satisfaction Surveys
From September 1 to 29, Nanos Research will be conducting the City of St. Albert’s 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey on our behalf. During this time, some residents may be randomly contacted by telephone to participate.
The same survey is also available online for all residents to complete. While only the telephone survey results are used to reflect the views of the population as a whole, the online version includes the same questions and provides an opportunity for all residents to share their input.
Visit the 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey page for full details.
