The Arden Theatre continues to show strong annual growth in the number of events hosted. The theatre hosted 41 events in Q3 2025, compared to 44 events in Q3 2024, representing a 7 per cent decrease. While this is slightly lower than the same period last year, it reflects normal seasonal and scheduling variations. The overall event activity in 2025 (261 events in the first 3 quarters) remains strong.

The Arden Theatre was used for 38 days in Q3 2025, which is slightly below (about 5 per cent) the 40 days recorded in Q3 2024. The overall usage remains strong and continues to trend higher than pre-2024 levels. The Theatre was used for 167 days in the first three quarters of 2025, which aligns with average utilization over the past few years. Since 2022, the theatre has averaged 228 days of use per year.

In Q3 2025, the Visual Arts Studios' hours of use were slightly lower than Q3 2024 due to a maintenance closure in September. However, usage in Q1 and Q2 of 2025 remained consistent with 2024 levels. Overall, since 2021, Visual Arts Studio usage has increased to an average of 11,800 hours per year.
