The City of St. Albert employs a diverse, talented group of employees who each bring unique skills, experience and qualifications to the work we do. The one common thing we share is our commitment to delivering great service to the residents of St. Albert.

- Some positions may be eligible to apply for Hybrid Remote Work after completion of their probationary period. Eligible employees would live within a commutable distance of 50km and may work the majority of the time in their dedicated workspace and the remainder in their remote (home) office.
- Some positions are designed to work remotely on a full-time basis, and employees must live within a commutable distance of 50 km.
