The StAT Customer Service Office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding statutory holidays.

Please contact us if you have any questions, comments, commendations, or complaints about our service. Our Customer Service team is available to assist you with complete and up-to-date information. If you require trip planning assistance, please have the following information ready before you call: the starting location for your journey, your final destination, and the time that you either wish to start or complete your journey.

Have you lost something on the bus? Please call the StAT Office and provide the date, time, route number, and description of the lost article. We will do our best to find any lost items and to help you get your property back.
