National Indigenous Peoples Day
On Monday, June 15, 2020, I announced the proclamation of “National Indigenous People’s Day”. The proclamation was announced at the Healing Garden.
National Indigenous Peoples Day is on June 21. The City will be flying the Treaty 6 Flag from June 21 to June 24 and the Métis Flag from June 24 to June 27.
