Councillor Sandy Clark
Sandy Clark is a lifelong resident of the region and has called St. Albert home since 2014. She brings to Council a strong background in administration and law, with decades of experience as a paralegal and office administrator.
Sandy is passionate about community engagement, collaboration, and practical solutions that make life better for St. Albert residents. She believes in thoughtful decision-making, transparent communication, and building a city that balances growth with the preservation of St. Albert’s unique character and quality of life.
Family is at the heart of Sandy’s life — she’s the proud mother of three grown sons, grateful for her cherished daughters-in-law, and delighted by her five grandchildren. She credits her late husband, Glenn, for his enduring encouragement and example of community service, which continues to inspire her work on behalf of the people of St. Albert.
