The City of St. Albert provides individual residents and community groups with the opportunity to display special flags in recognition of significant community events

2018

November 16 to 22
From November 16 to 22, the Community Flag Pole at St. Albert Place will be flying the Métis Flag to recognize Métis Week.
October 25 to November 11
From October 25 to November 11, the Community Flag Pole at St. Albert Place will be flying the Poppy Flag The Royal Canadian Legion’s annual poppy campaign as well as Remembrance Day.
September 24 to October 1
From September 24 to October 1, the Community Flag Pole at St. Albert Place will be flying the Treaty Six flag, and from October 1 to October 8 the Métis flag, to recognize Orange Shirt Day in the spirit of reconciliation with our Indigenous communities.
July 27 to August 3
From July 27 to August 3, the Community Flag Pole at St. Albert Place will be flying the Church of Christ flag to recognize the church’s 104th anniversary.
June 8 to 17
From June 8 to 17, the Community Flag Pole at St. Albert Place will be flying the Pride Flag to recognize St. Albert Pride Week.
February 21 to 22
From February 21 to 22, the Community Flag Pole at St. Albert Place will be flying the World Organization of the Scout Movement flag to recognize Scout – Guide Week.
