The Arden Theatre Presents: The Plaza Series

The Plaza Series welcomes back audiences for another year, featuring talented artists from a variety of musical genres. Connect with friends and neighbours as you sit back, relax and enjoy live music surrounded by the beauty of nature and the flowing Sturgeon River.

The series kicked off on July 7 with a spectacular performance by Diyet and The Love Soldiers sharing melodies and stories deeply rooted in Diyet’s Indigenous world view and northern life in the ancestral lands of the Kluane First Nation people, in Canada’s Yukon Territory. With weather calling for severe thunderstorms, organizers made the decision to bring the performance inside and treated audiences to an intimate show with seating right on the stage!

The Plaza Series Line Up

There are still plenty of opportunities to attend The Plaza Series this summer. Performances are scheduled to take place on the Plaza in front of St. Albert Place every Thursday throughout the summer, until September 1.
