RCMP - Seeks Public’s Assistance to Locate Missing Female - LOCATED

LOCATED: St. Albert RCMP are pleased to report that Kelli Jeanne Russel has been located safe. We would like to than the public and media for their assistance.


Original Release - December 13, 2023

St. Albert RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance with locating 55-year-old Kelli Jeanne Russel. She was last seen on Dec. 13, 2023, at 11:40 a.m., driving away from the Sturgeon Community Hospital in St. Albert. At the time, Kelli was described as struggling with her mental health and does not currently have a valid driver’s licence. There is additional concern for her safety with regards to her needing an oxygen ventilator that may have, or soon will, lose power.

Kelli is described as

  • Fair complexion;
  • 5 feet 4 inches;
  • 210 pounds;
  • Brown hair;
  • Brown eyes; and
  • Last seen wearing a blue down-filled jacket and gray yoga pants.

The vehicle is described as a blue 2005 Dodge Caravan with Alberta license plate BKG5900. St. Albert RCMP are currently working on getting a picture of Kelli and will send an update once a picture has been obtained.
