LOCATED: St. Albert RCMP would like to inform the public that Carter Fraser was located safe. St. Albert RCMP thanks the public and the media for their assistance.

Original Release - June 16, 2025

St. Albert RCMP are asking for public assistance to locate 16-year-old Carter Fraser who was last seen in St. Albert on June 16, 2025. Carter is believed to be in the Edmonton or St. Albert area. Carter’s family and RCMP are concerned about his wellbeing.

Carter is described as:

• light complexion
• slim build
• approximately 6’ tall
• approximately 150 lbs
• brown hair
• brown eyes
