RCMP - Investigating Report of Voyeurism - UPDATED

Updated Release - June 26, 2026

UPDATE: St. Albert RCMP is advising that the suspect has been identified. He has been charged with voyeurism and was released on conditions to attend Alberta Court of Justice in St. Albert on Aug. 17, 2026. As the information is not yet sworn before the courts, he cannot be named.

RCMP would like to thank the public for their tips as they were instrumental in identifying the suspect.

 



Original Release - June 25, 2026

On June 19, 2026, at 5:40 p.m., St. Albert RCMP responded to a call of a suspicious male at the Fountain Park pool. Numerous witnesses/victims reported that a male was in the family change room and he was peering over the stalls, looking at kids changing. When confronted, he fled the scene.

The male is described as:

  • Fair complexion
  • Approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with an average build
  • Medium length brown hair with short facial hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Wearing a black ‘DC’ branded hoody, a green ballcap, and sweatpants

He was driving a white Mitsubishi Eclipse sedan when he arrived at the facility.
