LOCATED: St. Albert RCMP would like to advise that Stanley Arcand is no longer considered missing. Thank you to the media and public for your assistance.
Original Release - June 28, 2023
St. Albert RCMP are asking for public assistance locating 40-year-old Stanley Arcand. Stanley was last seen in the early morning of June 28, 2023, in St. Albert, Alta. Police wish to locate Stanley to verify his well-being.
Stanley is described as:
- Short black hair
- Brown eyes
- 5 feet 10 inches and 240 pounds
- Left eye brow piercing
