RCMP - Recover Stolen Vehicle and Three Arrested
On February 8, 2023, at approximately 2:15 a.m., St. Albert RCMP were patrolling and located a stolen Ford F150 in the Campbell Business Park. St. Albert RCMP were able to identify three individuals associated to the stolen truck, one of whom had multiple outstanding warrants from other jurisdictions. St. Albert RCMP arrested all three individuals.
Lincoln Rohatynsky (39), a resident of Edmonton, Alta., was charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
- Possession of Break-In Instrument
- Identity Fraud
Lincoln Rohatynsky was released on bail and will appear in St. Albert Provincial Court on February 27, 2023.
Michael Kaftan (34), a resident of St. Albert Alta., was charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Order
- Possession of a Forged Document X 34
- Identity Fraud
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Theft From Mail X 4
- Fraud
Michael Kaftan was released on bail and will appear in St. Albert Provincial Court on February 27, 2023.
Nikita Pawlick (35), a resident of Leduc County, Alta., was charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Order X 22
- Identity Fraud X 5
- Obstruct a Peace Officer
Nikita Pawlick remains in custody and will appear in St. Albert Provincial Court on February 27, 2023.
