The dog days of summer might be winding down, but you can still make a splash with your pup at the Grosvenor Dog Swim presented by Cami Comfort Homes. 

Event details:

• When: Monday, September 1, 2025 from noon to 2 p.m.
• Where: Grosvenor Outdoor Pool (1 Grenfell Ave.)

Admission is a monetary donation to help support the Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS). New or gently used pet-related items will also be accepted. For a complete list of possible donation items, please visit the SCARS website at scarscare.ca

Dogs must be able to enter and exit the water by themselves, or with some owner assistance from the side of the pool. While we welcome all swim styles, doggy-paddling is likely to be the stroke of choice for the event.

Please make sure you bring bags to pick up after your dog.  

Reminder: There will be no other swims (public, lane, etc.) on the day of the event.
