Celebrate Youth Day with St. Albert on Aug. 12
Youth play an important role in our community – so it’s time to celebrate! Join the City of St. Albert and partners on Tuesday, Aug. 12 for a fun and interactive event for youth.
From 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., young people between the ages of 12 and 18 can connect with youth-serving organizations and each other as they try something new.
In the morning, they can participate in activities like speed stacking, DIY magnets and keychains, Indigenous games and watercolour bookmarks. Then, in the afternoon, refuel and grab a bite to eat at the BBQ. The best part is – it’s free to attend!
- 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Activities at St. Albert Place (5 St. Anne Street) and the Little White School (2 Madonna Drive) - 1 – 2 p.m.
BBQ at the Little White School
Thank you to our partners at BGC Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton & Area, Kikosewin Family Resource Network (Bent Arrow), PFLAG St. Albert, Salvation Army’s The Bunker, St. Albert Family Resource Network and the St. Albert Public Library for making this event possible.
