The Arden Theatre's Plaza Series Returns This Summer

The Arden Theatre is bringing live entertainment to the great outdoors this summer with its 3rd annual Plaza Series. Between July 6 and August 31, everyone is invited to downtown St. Albert to enjoy a variety of performances by emerging and established artists from our community and beyond.

Rain or shine, Plaza Series patrons have the opportunity to explore a variety of musical genres from a lineup of local and regional talent, while celebrating summer with new friends and neighbours on the front plaza of St. Albert Place. A total of nine consecutive events will take place every Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. in July and August.

While each event offers ticketed and licensed seating for up to 150 guests, there’s plenty of space on the plaza for anyone that wants to pop in or stop by to enjoy the performances this summer. Guests can grab a bite to eat at any one of the great dining establishments in downtown St. Albert, before strolling over for a memorable night of entertainment. In the event of inclement weather, programming will move indoors to The Arden Theatre.

This year’s Plaza Series lineup includes:

  • July 6: Russell deCarle
  • July 13: Chris Ronald and The John Hewitt Trio
  • July 20:  Emmet Michael and Amy Bishop
  • July 27: LUCETTE and Ryland Moranz
