City Holding Public Hearing on February 3, 2026, for Bylaw 3/2006

In accordance with Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act a Public Hearing has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10 a.m. for Bylaw 3/2026.

Bylaw 3/2006, if passed, would amend the Land Use Bylaw 18/2024, Schedule A, by redistricting a total of 26.1 hectares ± of land in the Jensen Lakes neighbourhood to Small-Lot Residential (SLR), Laned-Lot Residential (LLR), and Public, Private, and Institutional Service (PSI). Redistricting of land is needed to enable subdivisions for residential development.
