The City of St. Albert will be holding public hearings at the April 1, 2025, City Council Meeting on Bylaw 3/2025 North Ridge Phase 2 (Nouveau) Redistricting (1st , 2nd and 3rd Readings) and Bylaw 7/2025 Midtown District Land Use Bylaw Amendment (1st , 2nd and 3rd Readings).

Bylaw 3/2025, if passed, would district the proposed sites as residential, commercial and park districts in the Land Use Bylaw to enable development.

Bylaw 7/2025, if passed, would enable the following changes to the Midtown District of the Land Use Bylaw:

• Reduction in minimum parking requirements;
• Updates to density bonusing allowances; and
• The addition of Stacked Townhouses as a Discretionary Use.
