City holding public hearings on July 14, 2026, for Bylaws 19/2026 and 20/2026

In accordance with Section 674(1) of the Municipal Government Act, Public Hearings have been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. (please note time) for Bylaw 19/2026 and Bylaw 20/2026. 

Bylaw 19/2026, if passed, would see lands in Cherot currently in a holding district (Future Urban Development District) be assigned residential Districts, to enable the further development of the Cherot neighbourhood. 

Bylaw 20/2026, if passed, would exchange the location of the Medium Density Residential (MDR) and High Density Residential (HDR) District lands, located on either side of Chanter Boulevard.
