City Now Accepting Requests for Commemorative Lighting
Effective January 12, 2026, the City of St. Albert is beginning to accept requests for commemorative lighting.
The Commemorative Lighting program will provide residents and community organizations with the opportunity to request lighting of municipal infrastructure to recognize events, celebrations and days of significance that help foster community spirit.
At least four weeks of notice is required for all requests for commemorative lighting. Requests can be made for lighting events taking place from February 16 through December 31, 2026.
