The City of St. Albert is currently experiencing system and network outages at various locations across St. Albert.  

City phone lines are unavailable, but there is no disruption to City 911 Services.  (Editor's note: this text was updated from the original release.)

The City’s booking system is also down, which means safety inspectors will not be able to access their scheduled customers’ information and will not be able to honour appointments during this time. When the network is restored, the Planning and Development office will contact the impacted appointments and reschedule. 

We are working with our vendors to complete the necessary repairs and restore our systems as soon as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
