Results of Community Satisfaction Survey Released
Results for the 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey have been released with over 490 residents surveyed from September 2 to October 6, 2025.
Survey results reflect a broad cross-section of St. Albert residents.
The research was commissioned by the City and conducted by Nanos Research. Nanos contacted 400 residents through a random telephone survey, and 91 residents completed the survey online.
The research gauged the opinions and perceptions among the residents of St. Albert across several issues including:
- Quality of life in St. Albert
- Service delivery channels
- City services satisfaction
- Downtown amenities
- Communication and information sharing
- Property taxes and value perception
- Strategic priorities and Council focus
Over nine in ten residents continue to rate the overall quality of life in St. Albert as very good with the top contributing factors being our park system and green spaces followed by the fact that St. Albert is a safe place to live with a friendly community.
