Sip, Savour and Dig In November 5-14

The third annual Dig in Dining Week is back in St. Albert this Friday. This 10-day event offers an opportunity for locals and tourists alike to experience the culinary diversity available in the city by offering specially priced menu options for breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants.

Nineteen restaurants are participating in this year’s event, including Buco Pizzeria + Vino Bar, The Cajun House, Central Social Hall, Nello’s Cucina Italiana, St. Louis Bar & Grill, Sorrentino’s, Taste of Ukraine, Vee Restaurant & Lounge, and XIX Nineteen St. Albert, who are all three-peat participants, having been involved with the event since its inaugural year in 2019. Repeat venues include Endeavour Brewing Co., The Hot Grill, Jack’s Burger Shack, Riverbank Bistro, Socrates Restaurant, and Tryst Wine & Small Plates, while Flame Kitchen & Wine, Glasshouse Kitchen | Bar, MD Distillery and Sunset Grill are all newcomers on the scene.

“The City of St. Albert is proud to support these local businesses in showing patrons what they’re all about,” says Mayor Cathy Heron. “Dig In Dining Week gives restaurant-goers an opportunity to spend just over a week sampling the variety of culinary offerings our city has in a unique and fresh way.”
Each restaurant’s feature menu is now available online and diners will also be able to access the meal options with a QR code at the restaurants themselves, allowing patrons to peruse all the event menus while awaiting their spread.
