Opening of the Mosaic 150 Wild Rose Sculpture
Legacy of the Canada 150 Celebration
Residents are invited to join us in celebration of our latest sculpture – a living one at that!
As part of the National Capital Region 150 Year Celebration, St. Albert took part in the National Mosaiculture exhibit in Gatineau, Québec. Choosing a wild rose to represent Alberta, the sculpture received a positive reception at the event and has now been gifted to the City. St. Albert. Mayor Cathy Heron will be in attendance and providing opening remarks to mark this new addition to our Botanical Arts City. We invite you to experience this living sculpture in person. Please join us at the opening and commemoration of this exciting work of art.
Members of the media are invited to attend the event and take photos.
