The City of St. Albert will be holding a public hearing on Bylaw 1/2024 Land Use Bylaw Amendment #218 – Business Park Transition (BPT) District at the January 23, 2024 City Council Meeting.

Bylaw 1/2024, if passed, will permit the health service use on properties districted Business Park Transition (BPT) in the Land Use Bylaw 9/2005. In addition, development and building permits are required to operate this use.
