Property Taxes Due June 30
The City is reminding all St. Albert property owners that property taxes are due on Sunday, June 30, plan to pay ahead! Any current balance outstanding as of June 30 will be subject to a four per cent penalty charged to accounts on July 1. Further penalties on current outstanding balances will be charged on August 1 and October 1.
Tax Payment Methods
June 24 to 28 is the last week to pay property taxes to avoid late payment penalties. The following options are available for payment of taxes: Pre-Authorized Tax (PAT) payment plan, by mail (5 St. Anne Street, St. Albert, AB T8N 3Z9), in-person (St. Albert Place front counter service hours are extended between June 24 to 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or via mail slot at City Hall, by telephone or internet banking and at participating financial institutions (please allow up to three days for processing).

Tax Receipts
- Receipt for payment of taxes is provided upon request only.
Payment via Cheque
- If you choose to pay by cheque, please make the cheque payable to the City of St. Albert. For your convenience, postdated cheques are acceptable.
Processing
- To avoid any potential penalties, allow at least three business days for your bank to process online payments.
