Reopening Front Counter Services

The City of St. Albert continues to reopen front counter services. As the City reopens front counters, it is following provincial public health measures to ensure the safety of our residents, patrons and staff. 

Front counters are reopening on staggered dates. Servus Credit Union Place and Fountain Park Recreation Centre front counter services reopened on June 14. St. Albert Place main floor customer service will reopen to the public on June 28. All other City front counter services will open on July 5, except for St. Albert Business Centre. The St. Albert Business Centre will reopen on September 7.  

Tax Payments: St. Albert Place main floor customer service is reopening on June 28 to accommodate in-person tax payments. Tax payments are due on June 30. To learn more about payment options, residents can visit https://stalbert.ca/home/assessment/payments/methods/.  

Online Services: Numerous services will continue to be offered online, including dog licensing and business licensing/renewals. Visit https://stalbert.ca/serve/ to learn more about available services.  

Extra Bag Tags: As of June 28, extra bag tags can be purchased at St. Albert Place main floor customer service, Servus Credit Union Place and Fountain Park Recreation Centre. Extra garbage can be disposed of at the Mike Mitchell Recycling Depot.
