Due to significant rainfall, Range Road 260 is only open to local southbound traffic into the Cherot neighbourhood. This will allow construction crews to complete road maintenance needed in the next 48 to 72 hours (weather dependent).

Drivers outbound from Cherot will need to detour west on Township Road 540A. From there, they can go north on Range Road 261 to Villeneuve Road, or south on Range Road 261 to Meadowview Drive. 

Once this work is completed, the City will continue to monitor and respond to the Range Road 260 N roadway conditions as necessary in conjunction with the capital project (Ray Gibbon Drive) and off-site development project (Township Rd 540A roundabout).
